The training not only refered to the “Three Hearts”, “Three Have” and “Three No” required by Haday's enterprise culture, but also arouse the enthusiasm of the employees through some methods such as case analysis and game.
Starting from his own experience, Shi Yan shared with everyone the guiding significance of enterprise culture for his daily work. Through the explanation of specific cases, employees can easy to accept and understand the importance of the enterprise culture. Before the training, a team game "Patch and Match" was organized. This game requires to find the specified items within the specified time, and this game can only be completed by teamwork. At the end of the game, employees said only by strengthening team integration and enhancing team collaboration capabilities, work can be finished better.
After the training, the HR department organized an exam, the results were all qualified, and confirmed the training effect was quite good.
