In order to allow employees to improve their work execution capability, on May 27, 2021, Wang Rongfu, general manager of Jiangsu Tianbo Packaging Co., Ltd. organized improving execution capabilt training,the key staff, team leaders and staff above attended the training.

The training emphasizes the importance of execution capability. For individuals, execution is action, which means finishing tasks on time with targeted quality and quantity; for team, execution is combating effectiveness, and for enterprises, execution is business ability, which is to finish the strategic objectives within the predetermined time.

This training is mainly divided into two parts. in the first part, Mr. Wang shared the meaning of execution for individuals and the company, as well as the specific manifestations of execution and the source of super execution, extracted essence of the training was recorded in each employee's notebook.

The second part is brainstorming. It is rewarded to collect each employee's feedback of current problems which affecting the execution capability of the company, summarize on the training site, and implement the responsible person and the rectification deadline to each issue, which highly interprets the training theme-execution capability improving.
