[Tianbo News] "Reverence for Work" Enterprise Culture Training

In order to improve reverence for work of employees, on May 26, 2021, Zhang Zhenquan, vice general manager of Jiangsu Tianbo Packaging Co., Ltd. organized the company's backbone, team leaders and above to conduct enterprise culture reverence for work training.

Just as its name implies, "Reverence" refers to respect and taking work seriously, and fear of the unknown and things beyond your ability. The training will be explained from four aspects: fear of life, fear of duty, fear of regulations, and fear of team. Through Mr Zhang’s explanation, the colleagues at the scene more truly felt the importance of reverence for work.

At the end of the training, all employees shared their experience. Among them, Chen Taibo shared: when facing all  the work, you should maintain a respect and a weak heart. If you think that you are a skilled craftsman, it is easy to have problems, you should treat yourself as a new comer, and keep a cautious attitude to finish your work, do not arrogant.

Although the awe work training is over, our awe for work should be maintained for a long time!
